OSG consultants and engineers can contribute at any, and every, project stage. On many client engagements, we have undertaken complete project responsibility. From the needs analysis and project scoping, to development, implementation, final testing, and with professional project management along the way, OSG has committed to the client’s project goals and delivered the ROI anticipated.

With our experience designing Enterprise Architectures, other clients have sought our talent only at that initial, high level. We study their current capabilities and provide a gap analysis for their projected requirements, then construct the roadmap that delivers those results. Typically, these limited engagements include staff mentoring that prepares the client IT team for the methodologies, tools, and technologies they will utilize, and the predictable hurdles they will encounter. Another limited engagement occurs when OSG is sought to salvage a foundering project. Never an enviable task, nonetheless, our staff has the topical experience to resuscitate apparently hopeless projects and rebuild the confidence of the client team. With an OSG Rapid Response team on site within hours, projects timelines can be retained.

Finally, OSG engineers and consultants are available for staff augmentation to our client base. Preferably, a relationship has been established previously between the companies so that we can select the perfect consultant for the client’s requirements. Typically, that consultant has delivered in previous engagements for the client. Prior commitments may require the introduction of a different consultant – our relationship with the client will still insure that person fits within the client’s culture and contributes immediately.
